Visitors to SKEPP expect impartial reviews and other information. This information is provided by tenants or prospective tenants who want to share their personal experiences with the SKEPP community.
We strive to ensure the integrity of the content we collect and provide to our community of prospective tenants, tenants, and landlords.
Any attempt to mislead, influence, or impersonate a prospective tenant or tenant is considered fraudulent and will be penalized. Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:
Attempts by a landlord, broker, or representative of a venue to improve the reputation of the office by:
writing a review for their own office or for a property that the contributor owns, manages, or has a financial interest in.
engaging an optimization company, marketing organization, or third party to submit reviews.
impersonating a competitor, prospective tenant, or tenant.
offering incentives in exchange for a review, including discounts, upgrades, or special treatment.
asking friends or family to write a positive review.
submitting reviews on behalf of tenants and/or prospective tenants.
only requesting reviews from tenants and/or prospective tenants who have had a positive experience (via email, survey, or otherwise).
pressuring tenants and/or prospective tenants to remove a negative review on SKEPP.
prohibiting or discouraging tenants and/or prospective tenants from posting a negative or critical review about their experience.
attempting to damage a competitor’s reputation by writing a negative review. Owners and representatives of owners may NOT write a review about a direct competitor, even if it is an honest experience.
